We start with rich and creamy organic cocoa butter from Peru that has some slightly fruity notes. Combined with what we believe to be the best whole milk powder available, and just enough organic, unrefined cane sugar, this is a sweet and delicate treat. We refine the ingredients in our stone melangers until it is silky smooth and perfectly balanced.
