Refund Policy

Tascala wants to ensure that your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. We do not offer refunds or returns unless the products were received in damaged condition. If that happens, you have up to five (5) days from the date of receipt to email us a photo and explanation of the damage. We will then decide whether the damage warrants a replacement.

Delivery time is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for shipping errors or delays.
