To help ensure your chocolate arrives in good condition, we usually ship Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed later in the week will typically ship the next Monday. During warm weather, we may include a cold pack and additional insulation. During cool weather, we may ship Wednesday and Thursday also, depending on the destination.

Please ensure that the delivery address will not result in the package sitting outside in hot or wet weather. We highly recommend shipping where you can receive the package immediately. Tascala is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or addresses where delivery results in the package sitting in an unsuitable environment.

We make sure to pack our bars well, but please help us to make sure your bars are received quickly and not sitting outside.
