On the back of every bar, we have a line that reads: Processed in a facility that uses milk, wheat, eggs and tree nuts.
To clarify, any equipment that comes into contact with any of these allergens is double or even triple cleaned after use. We use separate molds for chocolate bars containing dairy.
The sugar we use is vegan, Kosher Parve, and USDA certified organic.
Our cocoa butter is USDA certified organic.
We do not use any soy products at all.
Some of our milk chocolate contains a tiny amount of sunflower lecithin (less than 0.1% by weight) only when it will improve the consistency and not be significantly tasted.
